Corruption of minors charges: Christine Ann Johnson, 37, of 642 Walnut Hill Road, Dunkard Township, was charged by state police with corruption of minors and selling or funishing liquor to minors for allegedly driving to West Virginia to purchase alcohol and allowing three juveniles to drink it in her house Jan. 2.

Two hurt in crash: Two women were transported to Uniontown Hospital with what appeared to be minor injuries after a crash on West High Street near Locust Avenue in Franklin Township at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday. State police said the two women, Natasha Cobb, 29, of Waynesburg, and Frances Alexander, 26, of Fredericktown, were in a pickup that was about to turn onto Locust Avenue when their vehicle was hit from behind by a truck driven by Chadwick Douglas, 20, of Spraggs.
