Aggravated assault: Cumberland Township police filed an arrest warrant against Jennifer L. Marshall, 35, of 419 Ceylon Road, Carmichaels, after she allegedly tried to strangle her boyfriend, Ray Elliott with cord at her home Feb. 15, according to court documents. Marshall had not been arraigned as of Friday afternoon on charges of aggravated assault, reckless endangerment, simple assault and harassment.
