Man charged by two police departments
An Allegheny County man faces charges filed by police in Chartiers and North Strabane townships stemming from related incidents last month.
Tyree James Sadar, 30, of Bellevue, was charged by Chartiers police with criminal trespass and criminal mischief for allegedly going to the home of his estranged girfriend’s father Dec. 29. He entered the home, knowing he was not welcome, police said. He also allegedly used a piece of concrete to break the windshield and rear window of the father’s vehicle.
That same day, he allegedly went to the home of the woman’s stepfather in North Strabane, where his girlfriend was staying. He allegedly broke windows on a vehicle at that residence and also threatened his girlfriend.
The charges will be sent by summons from the offices of District Judges David Mark and Jay Weller. Police indicated Sadar also is wanted on warrants in Allegheny and Fayette counties.
