Theft: Tailgates were reported stolen from four Ford F-250 trucks parked at Michels Pipeline, 2155 Park Ave. Police said the alleged theft occurred between 5 p.m. Jan. 1 and 7 a.m. Jan. 2, and was reported Jan. 5.

Criminal mischief: State police reported that someone drove a Pontiac Grand Am with a West Virginia license plate through the fence on McNary Ridge Road about 9:30 p.m. Tuesday then fled.
