A child safety seat check will be held on the second Wednesday of each month at the Washington station of state police, 150 Route 519, North Bethlehem Township, starting in February.

Appointment blocks will be set at half-hour intervals between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. Call 724-223-5200 to schedule an appointment. Inclement weather is not a problem as the checks can be done in a garage area.

The first planned date is Feb. 8, followed by March 8 and April 12. For more information, contact Trooper Ryan Deems.
