Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Among those appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:

Pamela L. Smith, 37, 2884 S Bridge Road, Washington; access device fraud and two counts of theft; charged Aug. 1, 2015; sentence – three years of probation, restitution and no contact with victims.
Jeffrey A. Brunell, 47, 454 Third Ave., New Eagle; statement under penalty; charged Oct. 10, 2015; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Shawn C. Lamonde, 40, 5907 Ashford Court, McDonald; simple assault and resisting arrest; charged Feb. 28; sentence – 23 months in the intermediate punishment program, 30 days on electronic home monitoring, 23 months of probation, $2,500 fine and 75 hours of community service.
Ricky L. Dickson III, 24, 800 Grove Ave., Washington; statement under penalty; charged May 11; sentence – 12 months of probation, 50 hours of community service and no contact with Gander Mountain.
Maurice A. Parker, 39, 49 North Ave., Washington; unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and driving without a license; charged May 30; sentence – six to 23 months in jail, $200 fine and no contact with victim.
Keith Wilkerson, 57, address unknown; possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver; charged June 1, 2011; sentence – 12 to 24 months in jail.
Diego J. Garcia, 19, 534 Bower Ave., Washington; disorderly conduct; charged Dec. 5, 2015; sentence – $300 fine.
Thomas Sefcik, 30, 407 Duquesne Ave., Apt. A, Canonsburg; DUI; charged May 7; sentence – five days to six months in jail and $1,500 fine.
Tracy L. Garrett, 43, 11 Rawson Drive, Washington; aggravated assault and DUI; charged April 7; sentence – 18 months in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring, six months of probation, $300 fine, 100 hours of community service and no contact with victim.
The following recently appeared in Washington County Court for a first offense of driving under the influence and was admitted to the ARD program. If he successfully completes the program, he can petition the court to have his record expunged:
