Crash: A vehicle being driven by Michael A. Russo, 23, of Versailles, hit a guardrail on the left side of the road on I-79 about 9:25 p.m. Saturday, police said. Russo’s vehicle then overturned, but he was not injured.

Theft: Someone removed several hand tools and a rototiller from the yard of Brian Keith Turbin, 44, of 849 Henderson Ave., trailer 12, police said. The incident occurred between noon Friday and 4 p.m. Saturday.

Property damage: Someone driving a white box truck with a visible exhaust pipe under the driver’s cab was traveling east on Munntown Road about 8 a.m. July 5, when the top of the truck’s box came into contact with an overhead wire, causing nearly the entire top portion of the truck’s box to peel back, police said. The damage to the wires is about $4,000 to $5,000. The top of the truck measured about 25 feet and skid marks indicated dual rear tires. The truck’s driver fled the scene and continued south on Barr Road. Anyone with information should call state police at 724-223-5200.
