Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Among those appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:

Curtis C. Sadler, 55, Washington; retail theft; charged Aug. 9, Sept. 12 and Nov. 28; sentence – 6 to 23 months in theWashington County jail and no contact with Walgreen’s, Shop ‘n Save and Giant Eagle.

Richard M. Ritenour, 39, Bentleyville; manufacturing marijuana and fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer; charged April 22, 2016, and June 28, 2016; sentence – 11 ½ to 23 months in Washington County jail, with eligibility for house arrest after serving half the minimum term.

Ronald P. Knochel, 58, Washington; simple assault; charged Oct. 20; sentence – two years of probation, no contact with victim and anger management classes.

Leandra R. Kennedy, 26, Uniontown; retail theft; charged Nov. 23, 2015; sentence – restitution, $300 fine and no contact with Walmart.

Cassandra Cox, 32, East Finley Township; harassment; charged June 14, 2016; sentence – $300 fine and three months of probation.

Amanda L. Mullins, 36, Calvin, W.Va.; retail theft; charged Feb. 3; sentence – 18 months of probation, restitution and no contact with Home Depot.

Michael P. Persinger, 22, Pittsburgh; theft; charged Sept. 17, 2015; sentence – 5 years of probation, restitution and no contact with victim.

William C. Skinner, 55, Cecil; possession of controlled substance; charged March 21; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Karissa L. Nicola, 27, Redstone Township, Fayette County; retail theft; charged March 14; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution and no contact with Target.

Justin J. Stiles, 30, Canonsburg; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged March 16; sentence – 12 months of probation and no contact with Motel 6.

Sean P. Fransko, 45, Carroll Township; criminal trespass and theft; sentence – two years of probation, restitution and no contact with victim.

Appearing before Judge John F. DiSalle:

Ronald W. Coligan, 69, Canonsburg; driving under the influence; charged Oct. 3; 48 hours in Washington County jail, six months in the intermediate punishment program, 12-month license suspension, $500 fine

Chad M. McCauley, 27, Washington; driving under the influence; charged March 21, 2016; 6 months of intermediate punishment program with the first 10 days on electronic home monitoring, $1,000 fine, 12-month license suspension

Jessica L. Gamrod, 39, Cecil; criminal mischief; charged Dec. 7, 2012; sentence – restitution

Cody T. Guenther, 31, New Eagle; burglary, theft three counts of receiving stolen property; charged July 25, 2016, Jan. 4 and Jan. 26 and Feb. 17; sentence – five years of intermediate punishment with the first 6 months on electronic home monitoring, 23 months in the restrictive treatment program two years of probation to be served concurrently with intermediate punishment, restitution and no contact with victims.

Appearing before Judge Michael Lucas:

Brandon P. Henderson, 29, Butler; trespassing and theft; charged Aug. 29; sentence – 3 to 23 months in Washington County jail, three years of probation and $150 restitution to Game Stop in Belle Vernon.

Eric L. Dillie, 44, homeless; simple assault; charged Sept. 14; sentence – 18 months of probation, $430 in restitution, electronic monitoring, no contact with anyone under 18 and domestic violence counseling.

Louis W. Calabro, 25, Washington; five counts of retail theft; charged Jan. 17, Jan. 30 and Feb. 13; sentence – 6 to 23 months in Washington County jail with credit for time served, 48 months of probation, no contact with Walmart, Target, Buy & Sell Outlet and EZ Cash, $3,725 in restitution to various stores.

Shawn D. Myers, 33, Tiltonsville, Ohio; harassment and possession of a firearm prohibited; charged March 3, 2016, and March 28, 2016; sentence – 23 months of intermediate punishment with 90 days of electronic monitoring and no contact with victim

Mark D. Andrews, 55, Independence Township; simple assault; charged Sept. 26; sentence – 12 months of probation

Teresa L. Redman, 43, East Bethlehem Township; accident involving damage, driving with a suspended license and habitual offender; charged Oct. 7; sentence – 23 months of intermediate punishment, 90 days of electronic monitoring, two years of probation, community service and $500 fine

Tammie Crow, 34, Smith Township; access device fraud; charged May 10, 2016; sentence – 23 months of probation and no contact with victim.

Ernest Leroy Majors, 33, Donora; possession with intent to deliver drugs, possession of drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Nov. 15; sentence – 2 years state Intermediate Punishment Program, followed by three years of probation, forfeit more than $7,000, for drug and alcohol evaluation.
