Shyann M. Sanpietro, 26, 172 Prigg Road, Washington; theft by deception; charged Dec. 3; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution, retail theft classes and banned from Walmart.

Michael Borkowski, 37, 406 Hunting Creek Road, Canonsburg; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Oct. 4; sentence – 12 months of probation without verdict.

Scott A. Page II, 22, 111 Hazel Lane, Grindstone; retail theft; charged Jan. 7; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution, retail theft classes and banned from Walmart.

Brian K. Fisher, 27, 203 Albee Drive, Lot 2, Belle Vernon; disorderly conduct; charged Dec. 24; sentence – $300 fine.

Tanaia L. Gardner, 23, 215 Lincoln Terrace, Washington; theft and access device fraud; charged Oct. 29; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution and no contact with victims.

Kali J. Rubino, 27, 409 Meadow Ave., Charleroi; possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance; charged Nov. 5, 2015; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Ahmad O. Lediju, 29, 239 S. College St., Washington; accident involving damage and driving while license is suspended or revoked; charged Dec. 6; sentence – 12 months of probation and $200 fine.

Amy Kisner, 28, 70 Pennsylvania Ave., Washington; retail theft and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Jan. 31; sentence – 12 months of probation, retail theft classes and no contact with Kohl’s.

John T. Miller II, 29, 103 Wood St., Belle Vernon; retail theft and driving while license is suspended or revoked; charged Oct. 22; sentence – 24 months of probation, $200 fine, restitution, retail theft classes and no contact with Walmart or co-defendants.

Michael D. Wilson Jr., 21, 945 Coal St., Merrittstown; disorderly conduct; charged Dec. 23; sentence – $300 fine.

Brenda A. Pelzer, 55, 425 Fourth St., Monongahela; receiving stolen property and simple possession; charged Jan. 16 and 20; sentence – 23 months in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring, 12 months of probation, restitution and no contact with victim.

Stephen E. Hutchinson, 31, 926 Arch St., Washington; escape; charged Jan. 6; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Stephen A. Terhorst, 21, Birch Road, Acme; possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Jan. 25; sentence – 12 months of probation without verdict.

Tirik D. Thomas, 27, 106 Frederick Terrace, Fredericktown; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Oct. 17; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Shirley A. Ohler, 40, 225 Lenox St., Uniontown; retail theft; charged Nov. 3; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution and banned from Walmart.

Rachel E. Banyas, 21, 432 Brierly Lane, West Mifflin; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Dec. 7; sentence – six months of probation without verdict and 25 hours of community service.

Jeffrey R. Horrell, 32, 515 Washington Ave., Apt. 1B, Carnegie; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged July 23, 2012; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Donovan Patterson, 19, 212 Lincoln Terrace, Washington; stalking; charged Aug. 19; sentence – 24 months in the intermediate punishment program, three months on electronic home monitoring, no contact with victims and anger management classes.

Robert R. Beiter, 37, Allegheny County Jail; criminal mischief; charged Sept. 17; sentence – four to 23 months in jail, restitution and no contact with victim.

Bryan Stopperich, 46, 660 Allison Hollow, Washington; unsworn falsification to authorities; charged Sept. 10; sentence – 12 months of probation.

John L. Thomas, 72, 200 E. Hallam Ave., Washington; simple assault; charged Aug. 31; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution and no contact with victim.

Coby A. Trader, 41, 235 Galbreath Drive, Monongahela; theft; charged Nov. 13, 2014; sentence – 60 months in the intermediate punishment program, 11 months on electronic home monitoring, 100 hours of community service and no contact with victims.
