Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Among those appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:

George Furda, 74, 69 Casey Road, McDonald; harassment; charged Sept. 24; sentence – $300 fine.

Christopher James Pierce, 32, 244 Malone Ridge Road, Washington; criminal mischief; charged Sept. 13; sentence – two years of probation and restitution.

Samantha Anderson, 22, 167 McGovern Road, Houston; delivery of a controlled substance; charged Aug. 4, 2014; sentence – 23 months in the intermediate punishment program and three months on electronic home monitoring.

Devon Dausjay Mims-Carter, 26, no address provided; possession with intent to deliver; charged Dec. 15, 2015; sentence – one to two years in jail.

Amber N. Egler, 29, 1001 Shady Ave., Charleroi; three counts of retail theft; charged Dec. 29, March 7 and 23; sentence – 12 months of probation, $300 fine and no contact with Walmart, Dollar General or Target.

Jared Olan Mowl, 32, 235 W. Chesnut St., Apt. 404, Washington; driving under the influence, driving unregistered and operating a vehicle without required financial responsibility; charged Dec. 16, 2015; sentence – 24 months in the intermediate punishment program, 23 months in DUI court, 12 months on electronic home monitoring, 90 days on ScramX, $825 fine, 12-month driver’s license suspension, 12 months of iginition interlock device and 100 hours of community service.

Douglas Dennis Dickey, 64, 180 Franklin Farms Road, Washington; driving under the influence and disorderly conduct; charged Oct. 28; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, 23 months in DUI court, 12 months on electronic home monitoring, 90 days on ScramX, $2,500 fine, 12 months of probation, 18-month driver’s license suspension, 12 months of ignition interlock device, 100 hours of community service and no contact with victims.

Terri Elizabeth Reaves, 31, 112 Narrow Gauge Road, Monongahlea; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Aug. 8; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Michelle Renee Clark, 29, 101 Marra Ave., Washington; theft and receiving stolen property; charged Sept. 18; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, 23 months in a restrictive treatment program, restitution and 100 hours of community service.

John Anthony Hill, 32, 314 Ridge Road, Jefferson; stalking, criminal trespass and resisting arrest; charged Jan. 2 and July 8; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, 23 months in a veterans court program, 12 months on electronic home monitoring, 90 days on scramX, two years of probation, 100 hours of community service and no contact with victim or 84 Packing.

James Robert Schran, 22, 830 Walnut St., Donora; driving under the influence; charged Dec. 25, 2014; sentence – five days to six months in jail, $500 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.
