Woman guilty of having sex with boy

WAYNESBURG – A 21-year-old Morgantown, W.Va., woman was found guilty by a Greene County Court jury of having sexual relations last year with an 11-year-old Greene County boy.
Kaitlynn Mackenzie Wolfe of 5208 Dorsey Lane was found guilty Tuesday on all counts following a two-day trial before Greene County Judge Lou Dayich.
Wolfe had sexual intercourse with the boy on 15 occasions between July and September at the boy’s Wayne Township home, according to state police.
Police did not say how they were alerted to the assault, but when they interviewed the boy, he told them of the relationship.
Though Wolfe initially denied having a sexual relationship with the boy, she later admitted she had sex with him 15 times between July and September, police said.
Wolfe was convicted of three counts each of rape involving a person younger than 13, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child, indecent exposure and indecent assault, and one count of corruption of a minor.
Dayich ordered a pre-sentence investigation be prepared by Greene County Probation and Parole Office. He also ordered Wolfe be evaluated by the state’s Sexual Offenders Assessment Board to determine if she is a sexually violent predator.
Wolfe will be sentenced later. She was returned to Greene County jail, where she is being held on $50,000 bond.
