Driver killed in I-79 rollover

A West Virginia man was killed Monday afternoon in a tractor-trailer accident on Interstate 79 in Perry Township.
State police in Waynesburg said Michael J. Snyder, 48, of Weston, was driving northbound at mile marker 3.1 when his rig went off the western side of the highway and into the median. Once in the median, the trailer became detached from the cab, spilling its load, rolling over and landing on top of the cab.
