Tornado watch issued in Southwestern Pennsylvania until 7 p.m.

The National Weather Service has issued a tornado watch in effect until 7 p.m. for several locations in Southwestern Pennsylvania, including Washington, Greene and Westmoreland counties.

Wind gusts of up to 70 mph are expected and could cause trees to be snapped or uprooted, according to the NWS. Power outages are expected.
