Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Among those appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:

Terry Williamson, 24, 82 Mieh Mieh Drive, Greensboro, N.C.; corruption of minors and indencent assault; charged Oct. 1, 2014; sentence – six to 23 months in jail, two years of probation, sexual offender counseling and no contact with victim.

El-Hajj Malik Turner, 24, 750 Fayette St., Washington; false identification to law enforcement; charged Sept. 4; sentence – six months of probation.

Leon McClain, 27, 184 Laurie Lane, Washington; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged May 4, 2016; sentence – 12 months of probation and no contact with Circle K.

Colby Dane Leckey, 30, 216 Hague Lane, Uniontown; receiving stolen property and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Dec. 30; sentence – 11 ½ to 23 months in jail and 12 months of probation.

Amy R. Everly, 40, 402 Old West Road, Bentleyville; forgery; charged April 23, 2016; sentence – two years of probation and restitution.

Eileen Maloy, 44, 36 School St., Claysville; three counts of acqusition of prescription by fraud; charged Aug. 14, 2015; sentence – three years of probation.

Bryan M. Steele, 23, 304 Johnson St., Youngwood; simple assault; charged Aug. 27; sentence – 12 months of probation, anger management class and restitution.

Sarah M. Houseman, 32, 100 Reed Ave., Monessen; unauthorized use of a motor vehicle; charged Aug. 10; sentence – two years of probation and restitution.

Dylan J. Allen, 22, 1611 Fiat St., Pittsburgh; unsworn falsification to authorities; charged March 9, 2016; sentence – two years of probation and 50 hours of community service.

Christopher D. Everly, 31, 213 Frick St., Hiller; possession of a controlled substance; charged Sept. 1; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Darren J. Qualls, 32, 312 Forest Green Drive, Coraopolis; habitual offender; charged May 28; sentence – 90 days on electronic home monitoring, $500 fine and two-year driver’s license suspension.

Ian Eshbaugh, 26, 35 E. Hallam, Washington; delivery of a controlled substance; charged April 22, 2014; sentence – 23 months in the intermediate punishment program and six months on electronic home monitoring.

Kevin Bruce, 39, 16 Church St., Millsboro; theft by deception; charged June 21; sentence – 12 months of probation and no contact with Lowe’s.

Lindsey Gray, 32, 345 Russell Ave., Johnstown; simple assault; charged June 10, 2014; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution and no contact with victims.

Floyd L. Malarkey, 42, 4B Scott Drive, Ellsworth; burglary; charged Oct. 2, 2015; sentence – seven months in jail.

Robert W. Petrick Jr., 24, 159 Almond Road, Bentleyville; five counts of robbery, receiving stolen property and escape; charged March 9, 2014, Jan. 4 and 6, 2015 and June 23; sentence – four to eight years in jail, 12 months of probation, restitution, no contact with Sunoco, Kwik Fill, Medicine Shop, Jet’s Food Center, BP gas station or victims.

Latoya M. Smith, 31, 1673 Streator Ave., Washington; retail theft and driving while license is suspended or revoked; charged Nov. 4; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution, $200 fine and no contact with Walmart.

Rene Daugherty, 39, 758 Allison Ave., Washington; insurance fraud; charged March 14, 2015; sentence – nine to 23 months on electronic home monitoring, restitution and 150 hours of community service.

Tyler Hoberman, 28, 228 Hess Road, Bentleyville; possession with intent to deliver, dealing in proceeds of unlawful activities and criminal conspiracy; charged Aug. 28, 2015; sentence – 23 months in the intermediate punishment program, restitution, $5,000 fine and six months on electronic home monitoring.

Tyler M. Holmes, 23, 610 Best Ave., Washington; possession of a controlled substance; charged Aug. 21, 2016; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Leona L. Pettegrew, 27, 7332 Stranahan St., Pittsburgh; retail theft; charged June 25, 2016; sentence – 12 months of probation and no contact with H&M, Osh Kosh B’Gosh and the Children’s Place.

Aubrey L. Tokar, 33, 249 Lincoln Terrace, Washington; disorderly conduct; charged July 26; sentence – $300 fine.

Matthew R. Bellasario, 41, 33 Teen Challenge Road, Rehrersburg; retail theft and fraudulent documents; charged Oct. 1; sentence – 12 months of probation and no contact with Walmart.

Matthew S. Mouyard, 36, 38 Mannina Ave., Dunlevy; unsworn falsification; charged April 20, 2016; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Keviahna D. Jones, 20, 171 Spring St., Aliquippa; delivery of a controlled substance; charged Sept. 2; sentence – 23 months in the intermediate punishment program and two months of electronic home monitoring.

Bryan Harris, 20, 700 First St., Charleroi; resisting arrest; charged Oct. 11; sentence – six months of probation and no contact with Charleroi High School.

Daniel J. Golinski, 32, 21 Overbrook Lane, Cecil; resisting arrest and driving under the influence; charged Aug. 22; sentence – five days to six months in jail, 12 months of probation, restitution, $300 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.

Cassandra S. Dunner, 31, 416 Fourth St., Donora; retail theft; charged Aug. 31; sentence – six months of probation, restitution and no contact with Giant Eagle.

Sean E. David, 27, 22 Stout St., Elrama; retail theft; charged Aug. 9; sentence – $150 fine and no contact with Foodland.

Kara R. Prentice, 27, of Charleroi; delivery of a controlled substance; charged Jan. 24, 2016; sentence – 23 months in the intermediate punishment program and six months on electronic home monitoring.

Donna Jean Donkers, 44, 858 Pike Run Drive, Coal Center; dealing in proceeds in unlawful activities, theft by deception, forgery and two counts of bad checks; charged July 23, 2013, Nov. 3, 2014 and Jan. 21, 2015; sentence – two to 23 months in jail, 23 months of probation and restitution.

Brian C. Hall, 45, 125 Main St., West Alexander; indecent assault; charged Sept. 1, 1987; sentence – two years of probation and no contact with victim or her family.

Wesley W. Lassic, 39, 218 Old Route 22, Duncansville; theft; charged July 5, 2015; sentence – 12 months of probation and restitution.

Mackenzie N. Paulhamus, 37, 60 Abbeywood Lane, McMurray; three counts of driving under the influence; charged Oct. 24, 2015 and Feb. 3, 2016; sentence – 10 years in the intermediate punishment program, 46 months in a DUI court program, 24 months electronic home monitoring, six months of probation, 180 days on alcohol sensor, $2,500 fine, 36-month driver’s license suspension, 24 months of ignition interlock device and 100 hours of community service.

Justin M. McCullough, 25, 190 Hoge Summit Road, Eighty Four; three counts of driving under the influence; charged July 18, 2015, Aug. 15, 2015 and July 30; sentence – 12 years in the intermediate punishment program, 23 months in DUI court, 24 months and 10 days on electronic home monitor, 180 days on acohol sensor, $4,500 fine, 48-month driver’s license suspension and 36 months of ignition interlock device and 100 hours of community service.

Joshua A. Matthews, 30, 52 Shannon Ave., Washington; possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Nov. 23, 2016; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Larry Bolling, 23, 329 Main St., Belle Vernon; criminal trespass; charged Aug. 8, 2016; sentence – two years of probation, 50 hours of community service and no contact with Char House.

Rebecca S. Booth, 40, 4622 Sherwood Drive, Pittsburgh; retail theft; charged Aug. 9; sentence – 23 months in the intermediate punishment program, three months on electronic home monitoring, restitution, 50 hours of community service and no contact with Mon City Foodland.

Cara M. Cavanaugh, 34, 308 First St., Vestaburg; recklessly endangerment and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Aug. 2; sentence – 18 months of probation.

Eli S. Daniels, 20, 4 Grove Ave., Washington; person not to possess firearm, arson and criminal mischief; charged Aug. 21 and Sept. 23; sentence – four to nine years in jail, 100 hours of community service and no contact with victims.

Bobby F. Kirkland Jr., 25, of McKees Rocks; robbery, possession with intent to deliver, firearms not to be carried without a license, receiving stolen property, fleeing and possession of a controlled substance; charged April 29 and May 9, 2016; sentence – 18 to 36 months in jail, five years of probation, restitution and no contact with victim.

Mario J. Pellegrini, 24, 220 Dicio St., Canonsburg; resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Sept. 22, and Jan. 8; sentence – 12 months of probation, 75 hours of community service, 24 months in the intermediate punishment program and 90 days on electronic home monitoring.

Dylan J. Prokop, 21, 34 Calwell St., Burgettstown; disorderly conduct; charged Sept. 2; sentence – 24 months of probation.

Shane Snyder, 19, 1102 Lincoln Ave., Charleroi; aggravated assault; charged Oct. 26; sentence – 23 months in the intermediate punishment program, 30 days on electronic home monitoring, 100 hours of community service and no contact with victim.

Justin Richmond, 35, 42 Wotring Road, Washington; terroristic threats and driving under suspension; charged Jan. 23; sentence – six to 22 months in jail, $500 fine, no contact with victim and 12-month driver’s license suspension.

Jacqueline Green, 49, 153 Village Road, Coraopolis, was admitted to the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program for 12 months for theft. If she successfully completes the program she can petition the court to have her record expunged.
