Police Beat May 13
Criminal mischief: State police are investigating two fires started last week that they believe are related. The first occurred May 2, when someone lit fire to the grass and a bush outside a residence on Garner Run Road in Washington Township. Police said the second happened the same day, when someone started a fire along a porch at a residence on Race Street in Waynesburg. No other information was available.
Criminal mischief: State police said a Pepsi machine owned by Joshua Rose of Brave was damaged between Sunday and Wednesday.
