Three face charges: Sequoia Edwards, 36, of 351 E. Pike St., Houston; and Glenn Edwards, 37, and Kelli Hall, 21, both of 112 Smith St., Canonsburg, face charges of harassment stemming from a fight during a child-custody exchange in a parking lot in the 600 block of West Pike Street Thursday, Canonsburg police said.

Theft arrest: Terri Lynne Henderson, 53, of 913 Prospect Ave., Charleroi, was arrested Friday by Carroll police on charges of theft and receiving stolen property after she allegedly stole prescription medications that had just been filled from a man’s shopping cart at Giant Eagle, 1300 Country Club Road, on Wednesday. Henderson is seen on surveillance taking the medications and leaving the store, police said. She was arraigned before District Judge Larry Hopkins and placed in Washington County Jail on $25,000 bond.

Charges filed: Lateef Mohammad Suber, 26, of 136 Coolspring St., Uniontown, is charged by state police with habitual offender and driving again with a suspended or revoked license stemming from a traffic stop about 6:30 p.m. Monday on the Mon-Fayette Expressway north, court records show. District Judge Larry Hopkins issued the charges Tuesday in a summons.

Man robbed: Michael Guty, 46, of 131 Front St., Brownsville, is charged by Charleroi Regional police with robbery, theft and receiving stolen property, court records show. Police accuse Guty of grabbing $227 from Phillip Stahlman’s wallet and pushing him to the floor about 3 p.m. Wednesday after going to Stahlman’s residence at 540 Washington Ave., asking to be fed and for gasoline money. Police said Guty fled in a silver BMW. District Judge Larry Hopkins signed a warrant Thursday for Guty’s arrest.

Woman charged: Michele Lee, 60, of Norwich, Conn., is charged by Charleroi Regional police with bad checks over allegations she used a canceled money order to pay a $252 state police citation about 10:15 a.m. March 2 at the office of District Judge Larry Hopkins, 416 Fallowfield Ave., court records show. Lee will receive the charge in a summons Hopkins signed Thursday.

Man jailed: Cody David Kimmel, 23, of 612 St. Nicholas Drive, Donora, is charged by borough police with harassment, loitering, disorderly conduct, possession of a small amount of marijuana and public drunkenness, court records show. Police accuse Kimmel of causing a disturbance and threatening to fight residents of 607 Thompson Ave. about 11 p.m. Sunday. Kimmel was placed in Washington County Jail on $35,000 bond set Thursday by District Judge Larry Hopkins.

Assault alleged: Terri Matlock, 44, of 1031 Leeds Ave., Monessen, is charged by city police with simple assault and harassment over allegations she struck a child in the face about 2 a.m. May 5 outside her residence, court records show. District Judge Joseph Dalfonso issued the charges in a summons Wednesday.

Theft charge: Sang Minh Tran, 37, of Pittsburgh, was charged Wednesday with theft by state police at The Meadows Casino, North Strabane. He is accused of adding two $100 chips to his bet after cards were shown April 23. The charge will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Jay Weller.

Men charged: Richard Terrell Miller, 24, of 145 Chess St., Monongahela, is charged with retail theft, criminal mischief and conspiracy over allegations he conspired with Michael McMath to steal $1,471 worth of Apple products from Walmart, 100 Sara Way, about 3:10 a.m. May 2. McMath, 23, also of Monongahela, is charged with conspiracy and was placed in Westmoreland County Jail on $2,500 bond set Friday by District Judge Joseph Dalfonso. The judge also jailed Miller Friday on the same bond.

Charged in overdose: Nathan C. Rosensteel, 25, of 214 N. Fifth St., Youngwood, is charged by township police with endangering the welfare of children, driving under the influence of a controlled substance and reckless endangerment, court records show. Police accuse Rosensteel of bringing his vehicle to a stop on Route 981 near Cedarbrook Golf Course after overdosing on fentanyl while an infant was in the back seat of the car about 8 p.m. Feb. 19. District Judge Charles Christner issued the charges in a summons Wednesday.

Theft case: Kathleen M. Urick, 41, of 211 Water St., Belle Vernon, is charged by township police with theft, receiving stolen property and retail theft over allegations she stole items from Walmart, 100 Sara Way, April 18 and returned some of them in exchange for a gift card valued at $210, court records show. District Judge Joseph Dalfonso mailed the charges Wednesday in a summons.

Assault, harassment charges: Jimmie L. James III, 28, of 252 Locust Ave., Washington, was charged Wednesday by South Strabane police with simple assault and harassment after he allegedly assaulted the 24-year-old mother of his child May 3 at Motel 6, 1283 Motel 6 Drive. The alleged victim told police he pushed her against a sink and punched her. The charges were sent by summons from the office of District Judge Jay Weller.

Theft charge: Angel R. Butler, 21, of Pittsburgh, was charged Wednesday by South Strabane police with retail theft after she allegedly stole items valued at $392 from Kohl’s, Strabane Square. The charge will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Jay Weller.
