Four entered into ARD program by Greene County Court

WAYNESBURG – Four criminal defendants were entered into the accelerated rehabilitative disposition program Monday by Greene County Judge Louis Dayich.
Those accepted into the program serve at least one year of probation. Defendants charged with driving under the influence may also have their driving privileges suspended. Those who successfully complete the program can petition the court to have their criminal records expunged.
Mariel Scott Challik, 31, of 123 Ordale Boulevard, Pittsburgh; charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, two summary violations; Challik was arrested following a single-vehicle crash Sept. 2 on Route 19 in Washington Township; his blood-alcohol content was 0.170 percent, police said.
Allen Joseph Miller, 22, of 74 Jefferson Estates, Waynesburg, charged with theft and receiving stolen property for stealing between $5 and $25 from a collection jar at Cross Point Church in Cumberland Township Aug. 20.
Seth Branden Hillier, 27, of 54 First Ave., Crucible; charged with endangering the welfare of a child; Police said on Oct. 19, Hillier and his girlfriend were smoking marijuana and Mugwort, a plant mixed with chemicals, at his home. Three young children were in the residence.
Dillon Wyatt Jolly, 22, of 616 Station Road, Scenery Hill; charged with driving under the influence of a controlled substance and speeding; arrested July 27 on Interstate 79, Jolly was under the influence of marijuana, police said.
