Theft: State police said someone stole a lawn jockey from a property on Hull Run Road May 12.

Urine test charge: Michael Ulrich, 27, of 1705 Morris St., Waynesburg, was charged by Waynesburg police with furnishing drug-free urine after he allegedly was caught by his probation officer at the Greene County Courthouse May 12 with a small bottle of urine taped to his torso. Police said Ulrich was there to take a drug test, but he tried to use someone else’s urine because he had recently used drugs.

Drug paraphernalia: Douglas Lee Gump, 30, of 504 Fourth St., Marianna, was charged by Waynesburg police with possession of drug paraphernalia and two summary traffic offenses after police said they found 38 syringes in his bookbag during a traffic stop March 4.
