Reconstruction work on the eastbound Interstate 376 ramp to Pittsburgh International Airport in Findlay Township, will begin Wednesday, weather permitting.

Beginning at 7 a.m. Wednesday, the ramp from eastbound I-376 to the airport will be restricted to a single, 11-foot lane through mid-July. Crews will conduct ramp reconstruction activities. The ramp will remain open to traffic during construction.

The ramp work is part of the $66.34 million I-376 roadway reconstruction project. Overall work includes concrete reconstruction and rehabilitation, joint repairs, bridge deck overlays and guard rail and drainage improvements on 7.5 miles of I-376. The project will conclude in late November 2017.

Swank Construction Company is the prime contractor.
