Crews will be doing field survey work along Interstate 70 in Rostraver Township starting Monday and continuing through Nov. 17 from the Smithton Bridge spanning the Youghiogheny River to a point about one mile west of the Route 51 interchange. This work will require traffic to be restricted to one lane in each direction at various locations  between 9 p.m. and 7 a.m. nightly.
