Theft charges: Nicholas Ryan Henderson, 23, of 153 Wayne Village, Waynesburg, was charged with felony theft of services, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, misdemeanor unauthorized use of motor vehicles, two counts of trespassing and five summary offenses. Waynesburg police accuse Henderson of trying to steal a Ford Mustang Sunday from an impound lot at Wade’s Towing, 285 S. East St.
