CANONSBURG
Burglary reported: Lisa McElhaney of Dawson Street told Canonsburg police Monday it appeared her home was burglarized. The screen was pulled from a window and furniture inside the residence was moved, although nothing appeared to be missing.
CHARLEROI
Boyfriend arrested: David Eugene Marody, 49, of 1200 Meadow Ave., Charleroi, was arrested early Tuesday by Charleroi Regional police after he allegedly pushed his girlfriend into a mirror, causing a cut on her arm. Marody left the house, but returned and was taken into custody, police said. He was arraigned before District Judge David Mark on charges of simple assault, harassment and driving under suspension. He was placed in Washington County jail on $5,000 bond. Police said his girlfriend was taken to Monongahela Valley Hospital for treatment.
DONORA
Officers injured: Timothy Terrell Fuller, 31, of 92 Manse St., Washington, was arrested by Donora police on two counts of aggravated assault and simple assault and one count each of resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and criminal mischief. Two officers allegedly were injured trying to take Fuller into custody Monday night during an incident in Highland Terrace. The officers were treated at the station. Fuller was arraigned before District Judge David Mark and placed in Washington County jail on $50,000 bond.
MT. PLEASANT
Driver arrested: Thomas W. Davis II, 21, of Mingo Junction, Ohio, was arrested Monday by Mt. Pleasant police on charges of driving under the influence, possession of a controlled substance and careless driving after a traffic stop. Police received a report of an erratic driver on Burgettstown Road. Davis was later stopped on Main Street. Police said he had two Xanax pills that were not prescribed to him. He was taken for blood tests. Davis was arraigned before District Judge David Mark and placed in Washington County jail on $5,000 bond.
NORTH STRABANE
Tools stolen: An employee of T-Rock Construction of Roscoe told North Strabane police Tuesday morning tools including saws, blades, hammer drills and generators valued at several thousand dollars were stolen from a construction site at the Fox Ridge housing plan, 948 Route 519.
WASHINGTON
Parts stolen: An employee of Premiere Auto, 667 E. Maiden St., told Washington police Monday parts were stolen off a 2003 Hyundai Santa Fe parked on the lot.
