Drug possession charge: Colby Marvin Brown, 20, of Route 21 Mobile Home Park, No. 29, Carmichaels, was charged Tuesday with marijuana possession, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence of a controlled substance and three summary driving offenses. State police said they stopped Brown Monday morning on Route 88 at Maple Ridge Road and found a small amount of marijuana and various pills inside the vehicle.
