Harassment: State police said they filed citations for harassment and disorderly conduct against two 14-year-old boys who kicked a third boy, age 13, in the back and punched him in the face around 8 a.m. Tuesday at Transformation Learning Center, 3214 Constitution Blvd.

Criminal mischief: State police reported someone slashed two rear tires on the vehicle of a 72-year-old man at 117 3rd St. between noon and 6 p.m. Monday. Police ask anyone with information to call 724-627-6151.
