BURGETTSTOWN

Warrant arrest: Marcus Sean Kramer, 20, of Westland, was taken into custody early Wednesday on a bench warrant at a home on Center Avenue, Burgettstown. McDonald police assisted the Washington County sheriff’s department.

CANONSBURG

Car stolen: Iris Radinsky of Adams Avenue told Canonsburg police Sunday that her white, 2007 Chrysler Sebring was stolen from outside her home.

Houses painted: Canonsburg police were called Sunday after several boys were seen spray painting the outside of houses at 208 and 214 Vine St.

CHARLEROI

Burglary arrest: Charron Perry, 19, of Charleroi was arrested Friday by Charleroi Regional police on charges of burglary and criminal trespass after she reportedly broke into her former residence on Eighth Street and took clothing. She was arraigned before District Judge David Mark and placed in Washington County Jail on $25,000 bond.

DONORA

Assault alleged: Alyssa Rutherford, 30, of 305 Main St., Fayette City, is charged by borough police with simple assault, criminal mischief and disorderly conduct, court records show. Police accuse Rutherford of purposely backing her car into Leanne Sloan, injuring her arm, after breaking out three windows on Sloan’s vehicle about 2:40 a.m. Aug. 3 at 117 Allen Ave. District Judge Larry Hopkins issued the case last week via summons.

McDONALD

Driver faces charges: James Roy Pounds, 46, of 7998 Noblestown Road, Midway, will be charged by McDonald police with driving under the influence of alcohol and traffic violations after he reportedly crashed into two parked vehicles on North Street late Thursday, McDonald police said. His vehicle then flipped over. Police said his blood alcohol level was more than double the 0.08 limit presumed for intoxication. The charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Traci McDonald.

MIDWAY

Faces charges: Howard Gray Delaney, 38, of 209 First St, Midway, will be charged by McDonald police with unlawful dissemination of an intimate image, invasion of privacy, tampering with evidence, intimidation of a victim, obstruction of law enforcement and harassment stemming from September incident in which he allegedly posted a picture of a woman engaged in a sex act on Facebook. Those charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Gary Havelka. Delaney is also being investigated by McDonald police for allegedly threatening a McDonald woman last week.

NEW EAGLE

Assault arrest: Charles P. Reichel, 28, of 507 Maderias St., New Eagle, was arrested Saturday by Monongahela police after he allegedly assaulted his wife during a confrontation at their home. She was taken to Monongahela Valley Hospital for treatment. He was arraigned before District Judge David Mark on charges of simple assault and harassment. He was placed in Washington County Jail on $10,000 bond.

NORTH FRANKLIN

Three injured: Three people were injured Thursday morning in a two-vehicle crash on Park Avenue at VanKirk Road. North Franklin police said a vehicle driven by Holly Salisbury, 39, of Investors Drive, South Franklin Township, was stopped with her turn signal on to make a left turn when she was hit from behind by a vehicle driven by Duane Pryor, 87, of Lagonda Road, Washington. Salisbury and Patricia Pryor, 84, who was a passenger in his vehicle, were taken to Washington Hospital for treatment. He was treated at the scene for a hand injury.

NORTH STRABANE

Weapons charge: Gregory Floyd Spencer, 48, of 54 Ankrom Road, Washington, faces additional charges after he was taken into custody on a parole violation Thursday by North Strabane police during a traffic stop on Latimer Avenue. Spencer will be charged with carrying a firearm without a license and traffic violations. He was placed in Washington County Jail on the parole violation.

ROBINSON

Tool stolen: Edward Strnisa of Cecil Township told McDonald police last week that a rebar tier was stolen from a work site at 1357 Valley View Road, Robinson. The tool is valued at $2,862.

ROSCOE

Warrants obtained: State police have obtained arrest warrants for Daniel Webber, 36. of McKeesport, and Kayleigh Marie Hewitt, 28, of 32 Coyle Curtain Road, Fallowfield Township. They are each charged with simple assault and harassment for allegedly assaulting Hewitt’s sister during a confrontation Thursday at a home on Horseshoe Drive in Roscoe. District Judge David Mark issued the warrants.

ROSTRAVER

Man jailed: Jason Eugene Knowles, 34, of 4998 Route 51, Rostraver Township, is charged by Rostraver police with strangulation, simple assault and harassment, court records show. Police accuse Knowles of pushing his girlfriend, Amanda Rechichar, before pulling her by the hair and choking her abou 6:20 p.m. Sunday in their home. He is in Westmoreland County jail on $25,000 bond set by District Judge Charles Christner.

Assault alleged: Daniel Albert Baker, 52, of 306 Market St., Belle Vernon, is charged by township police with simple assault and harassment over allegations he pushed his father, Albert Baker, to the ground, causing him to cut his right hand about 9 a.m. Nov. 8 at 110 Plainview Ave. Daniel Baker is in Westmoreland County jail on $10,000 bond set by District Judge Charles Christner.

WASHINGTON

Assault: Dylan Flynn, 23, of 38 Walnut St., Washington, reported to Washington police that he was walking in the 400 and 600 blocks of East Maiden Street about 2 a.m. Monday when a person punched him in the face twice, according to police reports. Police said the person then ran away. Police said that Flynn, who was treated at Washington Hospital, in on probation and was not supposed to be out later than 11 p.m. 

WEST MIDDLETOWN

Driver charged: Joelle Marie Gossett, 19, of 1146 Scenic Drive, Avella, was charged by McDonald police with possession of drug paraphernalia, underage drinking and traffic violations stemming from a traffic stop Saturday on Route 844 near Seminary Road, West Middletown. The charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Ethan Ward.
