CALIFORNIA
Mischief charge: Rece Andrew Henneman, 20, of Clarksville, was charged Wednesday by California police with criminal mischief after he allegedly broke a mirror off a vehicle Oct. 21 in the 500 block of Second Street. The charge was sent by summons from the office of District Judge Joshua Kanalis.
Possession charge: LaDawn Gordon, 22, of Jeannette, was charged Wednesday by California police with possession of marijuana and paraphernalia stemming from a Nov. 3 traffic stop at Rotary Park, Third Street Extension. The charges were sent by summons from the office of District Judge Joshua Kanalis.
Driver charged: Brandon Michael Tarbuck, 20, of Washington, was charged Wednesday by California police with leaving the scene of an accident and traffic violations after he allegedly struck an occupied vehicle at the intersection of Third and Ash streets Oct. 31. He was found about two blocks from the scene, police said. The charges were sent by summons from the office of District Judge Joshua Kanalis.
CARROLL
Threats arrest: Walter H. Behanna, 63, of 282 Shannon Road, Monongahela, was arrested early Friday by Carroll police after he allegedly threatened to kill his wife if she returned home. Police said he allegedly told his brother-in-law he would kill her. The wife left after an argument. Behanna was arraigned before District Judge Curtis Thompson and placed in Washington County jail on $5,000 bond.
McDONALD
Mischief reported: Heather Johnson of 220 Valley St., McDonald, told borough police Tuesday two tires on her vehicle were slashed.
NORTH STRABANE
Truck crashes: Pierre Smith, 36, of Maple Heights, Ohio, was slightly injured Thursday morning when his rig rolled over while he was getting off Interstate 79 southbound at the Houston exit, North Strabane, state police said. Smith was taken to Canonsburg Hospital for treatment. North Strabane firefighters assisted at the scene.
NOTTINGHAM
Charged with trooper assault: Angel Elliott, 27, of 369 Valley View Road, Nottingham, was arrested early Friday by state police on charges of aggravated assault, criminal mischief and harassment. She is accused of striking a trooper in the nose when he responded to a call at her home. Elliott allegedly damaged her boyfriend’s television and vehicle. She was arraigned before District Judge Curtis Thompson and placed in Washington County jail on a $10,000 percentage bond.
ROSCOE
Theft arrest: Kristen M. Gosney, 32, of 316 Furlong Ave., Roscoe, was arrested Tuesday on a felony charge of retail theft filed by Roscoe-Elco-Stockdale-Allenport regional police after she allegedly stole items from Dollar General, 315 Chester Ave., Roscoe, Sunday. She was arraigned before District Judge Curtis Thompson and released from Washington County jail Thursday after posting a $6,000 percentage bond.
WASHINGTON
Theft charge: Joshua Jimenez, 33, who has no known address, was charged this week by Washington police with theft after he allegedly stole a Playstation game console from a Jollick Manor residence Oct. 10. He allegedly sold it at a pawn shop. The charge was sent by summons from the office of District Judge Robert Redlinger.
