Disorderly house: Joielle Bivins, 20 of North Versailles, and Lanya McEachern, 19, of Pittsburgh, were cited by California police for violating the disorderly house ordinance after they allegedly held a loud party into the early morning hours of Nov. 5 at their Vulcan Village apartment.

CANONSBURG

Burglary: A resident in the 300 block of South Central Avenue reported to Canonsburg police that his home was entered Tuesday afternoon and an Xbox, a television and a piggy bank with about $100 in it were stolen. Police said a key kept hidden outside the home was also missing.
