Mon Valley road reopens

The Allegheny County Department of Public Works announced Tuesday Rock Run Road in Elizabeth Township, closed since Oct. 4, reopened.

Rock Run Road was closed for the replacement of Wildcat Run Bridge No. 9, 100 yards east of Williamsburg Drive. Completing the project was Pugliano Construction Co. of Plum Borough.
