BUFFALO
Phone stolen: A resident of 71 Haines Road told state police someone entered his unlocked van between 9 p.m. Friday and 9 a.m. Saturday and stole a black iPhone.
BURGETTSTOWN
Drug charges: Brandon Rylee Sell, 19, of 45 Allison Road, Bulger, and Thomas Joseph Wiles, 18, of 78 Third Ave., Atlasburg, will be charged by McDonald police in connection with a traffic stop on Bridge Street at Center Avenue in Burgettstown Aug. 6. Sell will be charged with possession of paraphernalia and driving an unregistered vehicle. Wiles will be charged with possession of marijuana and paraphernalia. The charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Gary Havelka.
CANONSBURG
Daughter charged: A 16-year-old Canonsburg girl was charged with simple assault in a juvenile allegation filed by Canonsburg police after she allegedly stabbed her 47-year-old father in the chest with a fork during a confrontation Saturday afternoon at their home. She told police her father had been drinking and lunged at her. She was released to her grandparents.
Items stolen: The owner of Vintage Secrets, 101 S. Central Ave., told Canonsburg police Saturday items including a camera, telephone and antique dishes and cups were stolen from the business. The items were found broken in a parking lot. Surveillance shows three boys were the culprits. Police talked with the parents, who promised to work with the business owner on restitution.
DEEMSTON
Two to be arraigned: Ashley B. Pierson, 28, of 307 Second St., Vestaburg, and John A. Craig, 39, of 205 Jefferson Ave., Marianna, are scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday before District Judge Curtis Thompson on two counts of theft and receiving stolen property filed by state police after they allegedly stole jewelry valued at $5,300 from a home on Hill Road, Deemston, in May.
DONEGAL
Driver arrested: Jubilee Brennan, 21, of Springfield, Va., was arrested Saturday by state police on charges of receiving stolen property and escape after she allegedly crashed a vehicle in the 400 block of Old National Pike, Donegal. She allegedly stole the vehicle from her brother in Fairfax County, Va. Brennan was arraigned before District Judge Curtis Thompson and placed in Washington County jail on $15,000 bond.
ROBINSON
Driver injured: Tina Diamond-Barry, 54, of 16 Atlas-Cherry Valley Road, Atlasburg, was injured about 5:10 p.m. Sunday when her car crashed in the 9000 block of Old Steubenvile Pike, Robinson, McDonald police said. She was taken for treatment to Weirton (W.Va.) Medical Center, where blood was drawn. Police said her blood-alcohol content was almost double the 0.08 percent level at which intoxication is presumed. Charges are pending.

Liquor law violation: The operator of T’s Locker Room, 2080 Smith Township State Road, was cited by state police Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement with selling alcohol to a 19-year-old minor July 31, state police said.
WASHINGTON
Fleeing, gun charges: Daniel Becker, 25, of 219 Locust Ave., Washington, was arrested early Sunday by Washington police on charges of fleeing or attempting to elude police, person not to carry a firearm, carrying a firearm without a license and possession with intent to deliver crack after he allegedly fled during a traffic stop. Police responded to the area of North Main and Gibson streets for a report of a speeding car. A passenger also faces charges after he allegedly was found with a marijuana cigarette. Becker was arraigned before District Judge Curtis Thompson and placed in Washington County jail on $20,000 bond.
Gun, drug charges: Oscar White, 38, of 580 Jefferson Ave., Washington, was arrested by Washington police on charges of person not to carry a firearm, carrying a firearm without a license, possession with intent to deliver crack and resisting arrest stemming from a traffic stop Saturday night in the 100 block of East Wylie Avenue.
Assault arrest: Eric Stacher, 71, of 15 ½ E. Katherine Ave., Washington, was arrested early Sunday by Washington police after he allegedly punched a 51-year-old woman near the intersection of North Main Street and Hallam Avenue. He was arraigned before District Judge Curtis Thompson on a charge of simple assault and released on $15,000 unsecured bond.
Pallets stolen: Sonya Daugherty of Washington told Washington police Thursday pallets were stolen from behind her business at 801 W. Chestnut St.
Theft attempt: Washington police said a Prosperity man reportedly tried to reach into a U.S. mail truck Thursday afternoon while it was parked in the 700 block of Ewing Street. Police said the truck was locked, but the windows were partially down. A U.S. postal inspector was contacted.
Man threatened: William Spencer of Washington told police he received a telephone call from two people threatening to kill him Monday after his vehicle reportedly was involved in an accident.
Purse stolen: Tammy Brooks of Canonsburg told Washington police Sunday her Coach purse containing a debit card was stolen from her vehicle while it was parked outside 870 W. Chestnut St.
Car stolen, recovered: Patrick L. Thurston of 130 May Ave. reported his 2008 Chevrolet Cobalt stolen Saturday. It was later found in the 10 block of Church Street. Charges are pending.
Vehicle stolen: Frank Aiken of Claysville told Washington police Saturday his 2003 Jeep Liberty was stolen from outside 229 Lincoln Terrace. The keys had been in his girlfriend’s jacket pocket. Police said they later spotted the vehicle being driven on Kennedy Avenue by her brother. Charges are pending.
Wallet stolen: Ralph Farabee of Claysville told Washington police his wallet containing credit cards and $100 was stolen by a woman he had given a ride Friday. He was not able to give police a description or name, but said she got out near the corner of Jefferson and Hallam avenues.
