Drug charges: Two women face drug charges filed by state police Friday after an incident in Wayne Township on Thursday. Heather Woodring, 42, of 424 Phillips Ridge Road, Spraggs, and Syna McOsker, 40, of 464 Swagler Road, Scenery Hill, were charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Woodring’s parole officer checked on her and found McOsker hiding in the woods behind Woodring’s home to hide drugs during the visit, state police said. McOsker allegedly had two bundles of stamp bags and eight needles in a wallet. Police said 12 more needles were found in the home.
