CUMBERLAND

Assault charge: Justin Goodson, 32, of 1433 Crucible Road, Jefferson, faces charges of terroristic threats, simple assault and recklessly endangerment. Cumberland Township police responded to Goodson’s home at 7:42 p.m. Saturday after Goodson had allegedly been fighting with his brother, according to the criminal complaint. Goodson was arrested after his brother told police Goodson pointed a handgun at him during the fight.
