Police Beat Sept. 12
Disorderly conduct charges: David Ray Wilson Sr., 61, of 303 E. South St., Carmichaels, was charged by Carmichaels Borough police with disorderly conduct and criminal mischief after he allegedly defecated on the outside steps of Community Bank May 25. Police said they reviewed surveillance video that showed Wilson withdrawing money from the ATM before walking to the steps, pulling down his pants and defecating.
