Southwestern plans water outage in parts of Franklin Township
Southwestern Pennsylvania Water Authority will shut off water on Oakview Drive and parts of Rolling Meadows Road and Mt. Morris Road in Franklin Township between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Tuesday to make system upgrades. Customers may experience a drop in pressure or no water and are advised to keep containers of water on hand to minimize the impact of the outage.
