There will be overnight outbound closures of the Liberty Tunnel in Pittsburgh through Friday night, weather permitting, from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m.

Crews will conduct installation of electrical conduit and cables, and work on safety and control systems, and integrated equipment installation. The inbound tunnel will not be affected. All outbound traffic will be detoured.

There also will be restrictions on the Liberty Bridge weekdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. through Friday, weather permitting, as crews clean and remove platforms.
