Receiving stolen property charge: Gregory Michael McClead, 40, of 165 Bunner Hill Road, Mt. Morris, was charged with receiving stolen property. State police issued a warrant for McClead’s arrest Monday after a trailer stolen from West Virginia was found parked on his Dunkard Township property in January.

FRANKLIN

Drug paraphernalia charge: State police charged Michael Allen Hayes, 35, of Pittsburgh, with possession of drug paraphernalia after his parole officer told troopers he was found with five hypodermic needles, a plastic baggie and felt drawstring bag March 7 while at 313 Tollgate Run Road in Franklin Township.

WAYNESBURG

Drug possession charges: John Michael Wunder, 24, of 77 N. East St., Waynesburg, was charged Thursday with drug possession with intent to deliver and possession of a controlled substance after state police said a confidential information purchased four suspected buprenorphine tablets from Wunder at his Waynesburg residence Oct. 26, 2015.

Criminal mischief alleged: State police are investigating a mailbox that was knocked over on Sugar Run Road in Whiteley Township between Thursday and Friday.
