Drug paraphernalia charges: Two West Virginia men face nearly 50 drug paraphernalia and drug possession charges after a traffic stop Friday. John Marvelle Brunk Jr., 28, and Lester Bob Spielvogel, 33, both of Wheeling, were arrested after state police conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle as it exited Interstate 79 at the Route 21 intersection just before 5 p.m. The passenger, Brunk, ran from the car west along Route 21 as the trooper approached. Police said they saw Brunk throw several items from his pockets, including a pipe and a pill bottle with a substance that later tested positive for crack cocaine.
