Equipment stolen: Three chainsaws were stolen from a shed on a property at Third Street in Rogersville, along with a generator taken from the home’s garage between March 11 and April 7, state police said.
FRANKLIN
Inmate assault: James Golden, 39, an inmate at SCI-Greene prison in Franklin Township, was charged with aggravated assault, simple assault and harassment after state police said he punched a commissary clerk in the head and face multiple times April 5. Police said the clerk was treated at WHS-Greene hospital for a concussion and rib contusion.
Stolen property: Amber Lynn Jenkins, 28, of 112 Third St., Waynesburg, was charged with receiving stolen property and theft from a motor vehicle after state police said she stole a wallet from a car parked at 1610 Morris St. in Franklin Township April 5.
WAYNESBURG
Disorderly conduct: An inmate at the Greene County jail was charged after kicking a courtroom door and yelling obscenities inside the Greene County Courthouse April 2, according to court documents. Greene County sheriff’s deputies charged Nathan Andrew Tasker, 30, with disorderly conduct.
CUMBERLAND
Truck allegedly stolen: Christopher Warren Davis, 32, of 200 E. Franklin St., Waynesburg, was charged with theft, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, reckless driving, fleeing an officer and driving with a suspended license after Cumberland Township police said they saw him swerving into oncoming traffic on Route 21 about 6 a.m. Thursday. Davis tried to drive away from police, but got stuck in a ditch in a driveway, police said. Davis admitted to officers he fled because he did not have a driver’s license and took the truck belonging to his estranged girlfriend’s boyfriend so he could meet up with another woman.
