CALIFORNIA

Disorderly house: California police charged several people with violating the borough’s disorderly house ordinance stemming from separate incidents. Michael R. Fahringer, 20, of Philadelphia; Patrick Huver Jr., 20, of Lincoln University; Thomas Intieri, 20 of Sarver; Lauren McCanany, 20, of St. Mary’s, and Alexander Elliott Worgo, 21, of Arnold, Md., were charged after reportedly having a large party April 7 at 137 Union St. Justin Nicholas Smith, 22, of Harrisburg, was charged after police were called to his apartment April 8 for a loud party.

CANONSBURG

Warrant arrest: Braden Higgins, 24, of 216 Ketchum Drive, Canonsburg, was taken into custody Thursday by Canonsburg police on an adult probation warrant after he was found off Cavasina Drive.

Ladder stolen: James DeBaker, of 611 Marple Ave., told Canonsburg police Thursday his aluminum ladder was stolen from his back porch.

CANTON

Assault alleged: Jessica Chronister, 32, of 127 Devils Den Road, Burgettstown, was arrested Thursday night by state police after she allegedly hit a 30-year-old man with a cellphone at a home at 240 1/2 Caldwell Ave., Canton. She was arraigned before District Judge Gary Havelka on charges of simple assault and harassment. She was placed in Washington County jail on $5,000 bond.

CARROLL

Student charged: Elijah Maik White, 19, of Donora, is charged by Ringgold School District police with theft after a teacher allegedly caught him with a book bag that wasn’t his in the male locker room at the high school about 8:15 a.m. April 5, court records show. District Judge Mark Wilson issued the charge in a summons Monday.

CHARLEROI

Pair charged: Cheryl Leigh Johnson, 39, of 200 Shady Ave., and Philip J. Martin, 32, of 921 Meadow Ave., both of Charleroi, are each charged by Charleroi Regional police with drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia, court records show. Police accuse them of each having two stamp bags of heroin during a traffic stop about 3 p.m. Feb. 9 in the 500 block of Washington Avenue. District Judge Larry Hopkins signed a warrant Monday for their arrests.

Woman charged: Alysia Marie Prosser, 34, of 414 Washington Ave., Charleroi, is charged by Charleroi Regional police with theft over accusations she stole $200 from James Dickerson about 2 p.m. April 5 at 216 Oakland Ave., court records show. Police also charged her with possessing crack and drug paraphernalia stemming from a traffic stop about 6:40 p.m. March 6 in the 700 block of Conrad Ave. in North Charleroi. District Judge Larry Hopkins issued the charges Monday in a summons.

Wanted on warrant: Jessica Rose, 24, of 627 Summit Ave., Monessen, is charged by Charleroi Regional police with theft, receiving stolen property and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, court records show. Police accuse her of stealing a vehicle belonging to Angie Lytle while Lytle worked as a caretaker at a residence in the 200 block of Ninth Street about 2 p.m. April 7. District Judge Larry Hopkins signed a warrant Monday for Rose’s arrest.

MONESSEN

Assault alleged: Joseph L. Heath III, 28, of 419 Motheral Ave., Monessen, is charged by city police with simple assault and disorderly conduct over allegations he struck his daughter, 9, in the face and threw her against a vehicle about 7:30 p.m. Wednesday in the 1600 block of Summit Avenue, court records show. District Judge Joseph Dalfonso issued the charges via summons Friday.

MONONGAHELA

Women charged: Mecca L. Vaccaro, 43, of Monongahela, and Evelyn Jean McBryde, 53, of Pittsburgh, are each charged by Monongahela police with conspiracy, receiving stolen property and retail theft, court records show. Police accuse them of stealing four bottles of alcohol from a Wine & Spirits Store, 245 W. Main St., about 6 p.m. March 7, court records show. District Judge Mark Wilson issued the charges Tuesday via summons.

Hit-and-run: Tara Lea Ames, 54, of 24 Kennedy Road, New Eagle, is charged by Monongahela police with causing an accident involving an attended vehicle, duty to give information to police and careless driving, court records show. Police accuse Ames of leaving the scene of an accident after her car crashed into a vehicle parked in the 400 block of West Main Street about 6:40 p.m. April 9. The owner of the parked vehicle, William Lusk, followed Ames in order to obtain her car’s license number. District Judge Mark Wilson issued the charges via summons Wednesday.

Man charged: Timothy John Davis, 46, of 1164 Country Club Road, Carroll Township, is charged by city police with driving under the influence of alcohol, possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and retail theft, court records show. Police said an officer pulled over Davis’ vehicle at Route 88 and the Monongahela Bridge about 2:30 a.m. March 25 shortly after he allegedly stole several items from a Sheetz at 111 E. Main St. Police filed the charges Wednesday before District Judge Mark Wilson.

N. BELLE VERNON

Road rage alleged: Thomas David Steiner, 46, of 901 Meadow Ave., Charleroi, is charged by borough police with reckless endangerment, simple assault, harassment, reckless driving and careless driving, court records show. Police accuse him of forcing a motorcycle operated by his brother, William Steiner, off the road by attempting to strike it with his pickup truck about 2 p.m. March 31 at Fayette Street and Broad Avenue. District Judge Charles Christner signed a warrant Wednesday for Thomas Steiner’s arrest.

ROSTRAVER

Drug charges: Jared James Naylor, 31, of 1437 Rostraver Road, Rostraver Township, is charged by township police with drug possession, driving under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and reckless driving, court records show. Police accuse him of having five stamp bags of heroin when he passed out while driving on Fellsburg Road and his vehicle came to rest against guardrails with his foot on the gas pedal. Police said a witness used a rock to break one of the vehicle’s windows to get him out. District Judge Charles Christner issued the charges in an April 6 summons.

WASHINGTON

Stolen car: A silver 2013 Mazda 6 was reported stolen from the parking lot of Get Go on East Wylie Avenue early Friday morning. The owner said he left the car running by a pump and returned to see it leaving the parking lot, heading south on Allison Avenue. The keys were reportedly not in the car, and city police said there was damage to the passenger-side door.
