An article that appeared in the April 25 edition incorrectly referred to a decision made in September 2016 by the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Pennsylvania. The office decided against pursuing criminal charges in connection with an investigation of the operations of natural gas processor MarkWest Energy.
