Two people were flown to area hospitals following a one-vehicle rollover crash on Interstate 70 west, between the Claysville and Taylorstown exits, shortly after noon Monday.

State police said Brittany Sheppard, 23, of Wheeling, W.Va. was ejected from the vehicle and Cole Hall, 24, of Sharpsville, Ohio, was trapped inside.

Two helicopters landed on the interstate, shutting down the westbound lanes for hours. The vehicle reportedly rolled over multiple times.
