Parked car hit: State police said a Garards Fort woman hit a parked car Saturday and left the scene. Samantha R. Riley, 23, was backing out of parking spot in a lot at 106 Gas Company Road just before 1 a.m., hit a vehicle and left without leaving any information or notifying police, according to a crash report.
