Michael Guty, 47, 49 W. Belle Crest Ave., Pittsburgh; disorderly conduct; charged May 10, 2017; sentence – $50 fine.
Richard Wayne Harris, 50, 645 Collins St., Pittsburgh; conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance; charged May 2, 2017; sentence – five years of probation.
Stephanie Lynn Moore, 40, 496 Mercer Road, Franklin; possession of a controlled substance; charged Sept. 16; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Samantha C. Bennett, 22, 916 Old Washington Road, McMurray; possession of a controlled substance; charged Dec. 8; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Ray Michael Clutter, 41, 300 Rock Hollow Road, Claysville; possession of drug paraphernalia and harassment; charged Jan. 6; sentence – 12 months of probation and $300 fine.

Kejuan Ladore Boozer, 25, 90 N. Main St., Washington; possession of a controlled substance; charged Feb. 24; sentence – 12 months of probation.
David Curtis Steed, 60, 11 Miller Mountain Lane, Washington; two counts of terroristic threats; charged March 1; sentence – 24 months of probation and no contact with the victims.
Daniel Bernard White, 39, 114 Lutes Road, Finleyville; driving with a suspended license and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged March 12; sentence – 60 days in jail, 12 months of probation and $500 fine.
