O’Neal to host opioid roundtable
State Rep. Tim O’Neal, R-South Strabane, will will host a regional roundtable discussion on the opioid epidemic, led by the House Majority Policy Committee, on Sept. 6.
The event will be held from 10 a.m. to noon at the North Strabane Township Building, 1929 State Route 519, Canonsburg. The public is invited to attend and listen to the discussion.
In addition to lawmakers, participants in the roundtable will include emergency responders, law enforcement, medical professionals, community advocates and treatment professionals. Those with questions about the event can call O’Neal’s Washington district office at 724-223-4544.
