Open lewdness charge: Payton Allen Corbin, 20, of Marion, W.Va., was charged with open lewdness, disorderly conduct and harassment after Greene Regional police said he was seen fondling himself Nov. 29 inside the “truckers lounge” at the service station at 106 Gas Company Road in Perry Township.

RICHHILL

Crash: A driver suffered a minor injury after his vehicle was struck by farming equipment while on Route 21 in Richhill Township about 12:45 p.m. Monday. State police said James E. Hammel, 54, of Moundsville, W.Va., was driving the International harvester on the state highway near Headley Hollow Road when the vehicle hit a pickup truck driven by David F. Thompson, 74, of Wind Ridge. Thompson was treated at the scene for a minor injury.

WHITELEY

Copper wire stolen: State police said someone stole $500 worth of copper wire from the ECM construction site in Whitely Township between 5 p.m. Nov. 27 and 10 a.m. Nov. 28.
