Burglary, theft charges: Angela Dee Barr, 38, of 401 Center St., Carmichaels, and Sarah Marie Blake, 27, of 323 Fourth St., Waynesburg, were charged Wednesday with burglary, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and conspiracy. The pair are accused of breaking into a home at 22 Eastview Trailer Park on Oct. 10, 2017. State police said they saw items reported missing from the home, including a carton of cigarettes and prescription bottles, in a vehicle Barr crashed the next day. Blake was a passenger in the car, police said.
