Theft charges: Roger M. Eddy, 30, of 26 Cumberland Village, Carmichaels, was charged by state police with theft by deception for allegedly making $613 worth of purchases at Autozone in Morrisville on another person’s store account. Police said Eddy made 13 purchases at the store between Dec. 21 and Jan. 21 on the account of City Motors Inc. of Washington. Police said Eddy had done some work for City Motors in the past, and store employees identified Eddy through photo line-ups as the person who had made the unauthorized purchases.
