Jason Scott Stasicha, 22, 549 Thompson Ave., Donora; endangering the welfare of children and simple assault; charged Aug. 31; sentence – 23 months of probation, three months in the intermediate punishment program and no contact with the victims.
Majesty Kimea-Unique King, 18, 1615 Bedford Ave., Pittsburgh; disorderly conduct; charged Sept. 26; sentence – $300 fine.
De’Shae Moore, 19, 424 Bryant Road, Pittsburgh; disorderly conduct; charged Sept. 26; sentence – $300 fine.
Andriy Modnyy, 39, River Grove, Ill.; two counts of retail theft; charged Oct. 6; sentence – $600 fine and no contact with Kohl’s.
Harvey Lawrence Hall III, 50, 2885 Hickory St., Bethel Park; retail theft; charged Oct. 3; sentence – three to 23 months in jail, restitution and no contact with Walmart.
Brennan Paul Touchet, 27, 1346 Brinkerton Road, Greensburg; indecent exposure and open lewdness; charged Sept. 7; sentence – three years of probation.
Christopher Scott Kreischer, 31, 10 Payne Place, Canonsburg; theft; charged July 19; sentence – 12 months of probation and no contact with the victim and The Meadows Casino.
Dione Lashawn Wright, 25, 7002½ Kedron Ave., Pittsburgh; disorderly conduct; charged Sept. 7; sentence – $300 fine.
Bradley S. Barcus, 45, 211 Water St., Belle Vernon; false identification to a law enforcement officer and driving with a suspended license; charged July 26; sentence – 12 months of probation, $200 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.
Dezmier Alize Majors, 18, 705 Allen Ave., Donora; simple assault; charged Sept. 13; sentence – six months of probation and no contact with the victim.
Monique Allison Dejaro, 26, 113 First St., Follansbee, W.Va.; prostitution and criminal conspiracy to commit prostitution; charged Oct. 13; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Terri Reineke, 42, 315 E. Hallam Ave., Washington; simple possession; charged Sept. 14; sentence – six months of probation without verdict.
Charles Hammonds, 69, 726 Large Ave., Apt. D, Clairton; theft by deception and two counts of attempted theft by deception; charged July 23, Aug. 25 and Oct. 10; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution, 100 hours of community service and no contact with BP Amoco and BP in Hickory.
Richard Scott Bowlen, 53, 484 Venetia Road, Daisytown; failure to provide accurate information; charged Sept. 3; sentence – nine to no 23 months in jail.
Patrick J. Dobscha, 46, 48 Cedar St., Ellsworth; driving with a suspended license; charged Aug. 19; sentence – $200 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.
Alisha Dawn Crayne, 28, 204 Trout Drive, New Alexandria; possession of drug paraphernalia, operating a vehicle without valid inspection, false identification to a law enforcement officer and retail theft; charged Oct. 6 and 19 and Nov. 8; sentence – 12 months of probation, $25 fine and no contact with Walmart.
Richard Joseph Porta, 28, 702 Henry St., Belle Vernon; driving under the influence and open lewdness; charged May 8; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, 12 months of probation, 90 days on electronic home monitoring, $1,500 fine, restitution, 12 months of ignition interlock device and no contact with Lowe’s.
Blaine Patrick Sullenburger, 30, 6208 Turn Point Cove, Cambridge, Md.; retail theft; charged Sept. 25, 2016; sentence – six to 23 months in jail, restitution and no contact with Family Dollar.
Ronald Anthony Mavilla, 24, 3574 Marion Ave., Apt. 4, Finleyville; fleeing or attempting to elude an officer and reckless driving; charged April 3; sentence – 12 months of probation and $200 fine.
Ashley Nicole Sadler, 25, 507 Blaine Ave., Apt. 2, Canonsburg; false identification to a law enforcement officer and conspiracy to commit retail theft; charged June 9 and July 31; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution and no contact with Kohl’s.

Christina M. Morrison, 42, 101 Deer Path, Finleyville; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Feb. 20, 2017; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Edward Vincent Blackburn II, 24, 30 Lincoln St., Cokeburg; endangering the welfare of a child, terroristic threats and simple assault; charged Jan. 27, 2017; sentence – no less than 6 1/2 to 23 months in jail, 12 months of probation and no contact with the victims.
Brandon Montae Wheeler, 22, 6740 Deary St., Pittsburgh; retail theft and fleeing or attempting to elude an officer; charged June 23; sentence – nine to 23 months in jail, six months of probation, restitution, 100 hours of community service and no contact with Walmart.
Melinda Headlee, 45, 916 Oak St., Marianna; disorderly conduct; charged May 25; sentence – 12 months of probation, 25 hours of community service and no contact with Tanger Outlets.
John H. Warne, 62, 498 Regent St., Apt. 1, Houston; indecent assault; charged May 26; sentence – six months in jail, two years in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring and no contact with the victim.
Robert John Stanislawski, 52, 82 Jefferson Estates, Waynesburg; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged July 11; sentence – 12 months of probation and 25 hours of community service.
Scott Sabo, 33, 1172 First St., Denbo; simple assault; charged June 12; sentence – two years in the intermediate punishment program, 120 days on electronic home monitoring, 75 hours of community service and no contact with the victim.
Jeffery Kenneth Adams, 23, 1892 Route 2023, Monongahela; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged June 3; sentence – 12 months of probation.
The following recently appeared in Washington County Court for first offenses of driving under the influence and were admitted to the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program.
