Fort Pitt Tunnel work planned

There will be a single-lane restriction in the outbound Fort Pitt Tunnel in Pittsburgh from 10 p.m. Wednesday  to 5 a.m. Thursday so crews can conduct electrical repairs and maintenance activities.
