False statements: Josie Ann Haring, 23, of 205 Ridge Road, Waynesburg, was charged Wednesday with false statements to authorities. Haring’s estranged husband told state police Haring hacked his cellphone April 28 and sent herself messages threatening to commit suicide and used the messages to apply for an emergency involuntary commitment, according to court documents.
