Brian Pavlick
Peters police were called to Pavlick’s home just after 10 p.m. after he allegedly struck his wife and used his forearm to choke her. Pavlick also allegedly chased her through the house and kicked in his son’s bedroom door.
Police said he also threw his wife’s cellphone into the yard to prevent her from calling 911.

Jammie Brian Lowe
State police were called to Lowe’s Cross Creek Township home about 9 p.m. after he allegedly assaulted his girlfriend. She told police she was packing to move out when he tried to grab her cellphone. He then allegedly pushed her onto a bed and started choking her.
When she got away, he allegedly followed her to another room and put her in a chokehold. She later left the house and had a friend pick her up and take her to another home in the township.
Lowe told police his girlfriend gave him a black eye during an altercation Saturday.
Both men were arraigned before District Judge Jesse Pettit. Pavlick was placed in Washington County jail on $200,000 bond. He is scheduled for a March 6 preliminary hearing before Pettit. Lowe was jailed on $150,000 bond. He is scheduled for an April 12 hearing before District Judge Gary Havelka.
